How can I make a reservation
for an Apartment?
You can easily book an apartment through our website by selecting your desired dates and following
the booking process, or you can send us a message through WhatsApp or E-mail. A deposit of one night
is required to make a reservation.

Is there a cancellation
policy?
Yes, we have a cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled by the guest, one night deposit
will not be refunded.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we provide free parking for our guests.
What is the
check-in/check-out time?
Standard check-in time is 12:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. If possible, we will accommodate
special requests.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed. A fine of €200 will be charged. Smoking is allowed on the
balcony and the terrace.
Is breakfast included in the
rate?
Our hotels do not provide breakfast, though there are multiple bakeries, cafes and restaurants in
very close proximity to our hotels. Our staff is happy to assist you if you wish to order food.
Is there an airport shuttle to
JAP international?
It is possible to arrange airport taxi for our guests for a rate of €50.
Is there a laundry area?
Our hotels have a laundry area. The use of washer and dryer is free. The guest must only provide for
his/her own laundry detergent.
Is there a swimming pool?
There is a swimming pool at the apartments building. Guests who stay at our Studios Mahonylaan are
also allowed to use the swimming pool. It is not permitted to bring non-guests to our swimming pool.
